1. Be sure that you do not have a “pop-up” blocker on. To temporarily disable most blockers, press the “control” key while clicking on the “listen live” link.

2. Your connection speed will have an impact on the quality of the stream. If your dial-up connection speed is too low, try re-dialing for a better link.

3. If using DSL or Cable, watch the bottom of the player for “buffering” messages. Sometimes local congestion on even the highest speed links can disrupt the flow of audio.

4. If listening in an office, invite your boss to listen with you, or show him or her how to listen from their own desk. They will thank you for it and you’ll never have to hear from them again!

5. If you use a non-Microsoft browser and have trouble, contact the software vendor for assistance.

6. Always check your security settings, some will not permit access to the WQAM streamer. If you are connected to a large office network, you may need to have your IT department “open” your computer to the streamer.
